The hospitality manager will meet the guest near the entrance of the building, right under the address plaque. The guest will be accompanied to the apartment and given the keys to the room. Late arrival (after 22:00) should be confirmed 1 day before arrival. Payment must be made in cash, upon arrival. If you would like to pay by credit card, this payment must be arranged in advance. Please note that there is a 5% bank transaction fee applied to deposit credit card charges and an 8% bank transaction fee applied to balance credit card charges.
